1. Do you carry sizes greater than 12, or smaller than
8?
We only carry sizes 8-12 in US Mens as listed on our
site.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
On average, it takes 1-2 weeks to
receive your order. Some items are shipped earlier.
Please note that business days do not include Saturday,
Sunday, and regulatory Holiday's.
3. How can I check my order status?
To check your order status, simply
visit our
tracking page by clicking at the 'TRACKING' tab at
the top right corner. You can then check your status by
inputting the email used when placing your order with us
and the month your order was made.
4. Can I exchange or return my product after receiving
it?
Should you receive the incorrect size, you may
return the item within 10 days of receiving it. Please
contact us within 5 days of receiving the item prior
to any returns so we can provide the correct
instructions on returning the item.
Cankicks must be contacted prior to any returns
and a digital picture of the item received must first be
provided.
Should you receive an item with a
defect or damage, you must contact us within 5 days
and provide a digital picture of the item received.
Unacceptable reasons for an exchange: colors of the
shoes are darker/lighter than pictured, shoes had
minor color differences from the picture, shoes do not
fit (due in part of error by the customer), I would
rather have a different shoe.
5. Do
you accept credit card payments?
Yes, we
currently accept credit card payments, simply 'add to cart' any item and
pay with your credit card.

Do you ship to International locations (any country
other than USA)?
Yes. We currently ship to many international locations.

USD is an abbreviation for United
States Dollar, therefore all of our prices are in US
dollars.

We

Size, unless otherwise stated.
